We are not a licensed residential or general contractor and do not perform, supervise, or warrant roofing work.
All roofing installation services are performed by independent, properly licensed contractors. Homeowners contract directly with installers and suppliers.
Material warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Labor warranties, if offered, are provided solely by the independent contractor.
Insurance claim consultations are educational in nature only. We do not negotiate claims or act as public insurance adjusters.

3. Account Registration

All services are billed through contracted banks with built in loan systems and approval underwriting guidelines beyond our tax preparation office.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
